Although we have not been able to confirm the exact release date of this album, we can say that is was released in April.
The Atlantic Constitution article published on 4/3 said "due this month"  The Chicago Tribune published on 4/13 said "due for release any day"
The Calgary Herald on 4/13 had an ad with Living in Oz for sale.  The Miami News on 4/15 had an ad withe Living in Oz for sale.  Assuming that Canada did not have different release dates, we can conclude that it was available for sale by 4/13/83, so we are going with that date until proven otherwise.
